Joe the Plumber and Deborah Johns join One Nation PAC

SACRAMENTO, CA -- One Nation PAC, a federal political action committee dedicated to conservative values, is proud to announce two prominent conservative leaders joining its quickly growing political organization.  Joe "The Plumber" Wurzelbacher and Deborah Johns, a Blue Star Marine Mom, are the first leaders of the organization since its founding in October 2009 during New York's 23rd Congressional District Special Election.  Wurzelbacher and Johns are supporting One Nation PAC as the group begins a full-scale launch of "Spring Forward," a campaign to continue the conservative momentum and win Special Elections in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Hawaii this coming April and May.

Joe Wurzelbacher, known better as "Joe the Plumber," gained national attention when he asked then-candidate Barack Obama a question about his tax plan during the 2008 elections.  Video of the incident went viral across the country and Joe's story came to symbolize the defiance against Obama's plan of "spreading the wealth."  Since then, Joe has fought for the values he believes in and continues to stand up for the working man so that they may have the opportunity of the American dream.

"Joe and I are extremely excited to be a part of One Nation PAC.  The organization has grown leaps-and-bounds in its short history and we are looking forward to being a part of its growth leading up to the November 2010 elections," said Deborah Johns, mother of a Marine who has served multiple tours of duty in Iraq.  "Our goal is to get conservative candidates elected across the country and take back Congress from the tax-and-spend liberals who have betrayed the taxpayers and future generations of this country."

Deborah Johns is a conservative activist who has stood up to Sen. Harry Reid, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, and President Barack Obama in the fight for pro-military policies and support for our men and women in the armed forces.  She has traveled the country on numerous national bus tours to speak at pro-troop and "tea party" rallies and to the news media, including Fox News Channel.  Deborah is a proud American and she strives to be active in the political process every day.

"One Nation PAC has gone from non-existent to influential in the small amount of time its been around," said Executive Director Kelly S. Eustis.  "Joe and Deborah are a great addition to our organization and we can only expect great things to come.  This spring will be a battle to elect conservative candidates to Congress in three different Special Elections and our team is ready to continue the conservative momentum which started in January in Massachusetts."
